1. Phi Phi Marine 1991 Co.,Ltd.operated the
website www.phiphiharbourview.com (hereinafter referred to as the
"Website"), the Phi Phi Harbour View Hotel reservation website.
2. The Website Services enable users to reserve and confirmed the
rooms for Phi Phi Harbour View Hotel only.
3. The customer who confirm will having received from the hotel all the
necessary information through the customer E-mail given.
4. Customers agree to confirmed their room reservation and agree that
there is no reservation is possible without this agreement need to be
agree.
5. The main features of the accommodation offered, prices and
available dates of the accommodation are shown on each hotel page
during the reservation process.
6. Before ordering services, customers state that the reservation of
these services is for their own personal use.
7. As consumers, customers have the rights, to e-mail or contact the
hotel into the question of the amendment, early check in ect. And the
customer agree that any decision will be belong to the hotel as per
the hotel policy.
8. Customers confirm that they have full legal capacity to commit to
these terms and conditions.
9. Customers shall notify the hotel for the cancellation by sending E-mail
to the hotel reservation as below period.
10. 1 May – 31 Oct no later than 21 days before arrival date
( arrival date count )
1 Nov – 15 Dec & 16 Jan – 30 Apr 7 days before arrival date
( arrival date count )
16 Dec – 15 Jan None
If cancellation or reduction by more than the allow days number has
pass, full amount will be charge accordingly.
If cancellation or reduction informed by or before period notice above
the hotel will refund the total reservation amount deducted by all bank
fee and transfer fee to your account.
